Rabbi Jacob Bosniak's prayerbook for weekdays and special occasions: Prayers of Israel volume 1 (1937). The siddur complements Prayers of Israel volume 2: for Sabbath and Festivals, published in a third revised edition that same year.
The arrangement of both works is that of Bosniak, however, he explains in his Preface that the translations are adopted from "the best versions used in England and America." The Preface included in this 1937 edition appears substantially unchanged from that published in his prayerbook for sabbaths and festivals 1925/26, aside from the date indicated at the bottom.
